Slice up a baguette and toast it. Smear a generous amount of ricotta on top. Drizzle some honey, sprinkle with a teensy bit of olive oil (seriously, go light, but don’t skip this), and then a dash of salt and pepper. Optional: permit yourself to bask in the compliments of your adoring housemates/family/boyfriend/dog.
